This workshop will help you to understand important perspectives on forgiveness. It will provide an in depth understanding of what forgiveness is, and will help clarify what forgiveness is not. You will learn about research on forgiveness and become aware of the process of forgiveness from the fields of psychology and counselling and how healing unfolds. This can help in understanding where you or those that you love may be struggling to forgive. This workshop will provide many practical applications and address important considerations in forgiveness and healing. Spirituality and forgiveness and the psychological benefits forgiving will be explored. The presentation will include a time of discussion and will be followed by a question/ answer period.
